Tim and Nida boarded the Holland America Westerdam in Seattle, Washington, for a return trip to Alaska, from July 9 to July 16, 2023. Tim played his banjo and conducted the Banjos Aweigh group of banjos and horns, including sax, trumpet and flute, and played song medleys from his two Banjos Aweigh books along with other song requests. Various singers also joined in the fun, including Barbara Jordan from Toronto.
Tim also backed up Barbara Jordan and other singers during the two-hour evening band concerts.
Ports of call were Seattle to Juneau, Alaska, the Hubbard Glacier, Sitka, Ketchikan, Victoria, British Columbia, then back to Seattle. The weather was beautiful throughout the week!
